To make sure I did my best every day I made a routine that was easy to follow. And I soon realized that I felt a lot better the days I followed the routine.

Why Routines Are Good

According to several studies* routines are good for our health. Routines make us feel less anxiety, reduce stress, and calm us as humans. it makes us feel a sense of control and predictability.

I made a morning routine and an evening routine. It made me start my day off right. By getting into the routine I didn’t have to remember to do nice things for myself, I just did. Like taking a shower and brushing my teeth. I made a plan to know how much time I needed in the morning to be able to leave in time for work. It made me waste less physical energy and brain space.

By having a routine I made better decisions. I knew I had to do my flows every morning to be pain-free. I knew what to bring for lunch not to feel hungry all day or buy the wrong things in the cantina. It freed my brainpower for other things.

A calming evening routine made me sleep better. A regular bedtime routine is essential to get a nice sleep. The good sleep made me calmer the next day, more indulgent with myself and others. I felt stronger mentally. Instead of grumbling and turning around half the night I slept a restful sleep and was fresh the next day. I got to sleep on time and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle my day.

By creating an efficient routine I have more time for activities I love. Being relaxed and well-rested made room for activities I truly enjoyed, like reading and writing, going for a walk without pain in my joints.

My New Daily Routines

I made the course to let more women get into a healthy routine that’ll grow their self-esteem and feel more worthy and good about themselves.

I made the effort of building an app to make it easy for you to follow. I missed an app when I started my journey. I made playlists on my iPhone with music, audio, and affirmations to start my day off right. You can get all that in the app.
